2. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  1. Browse through our collection of bags.
  2. Add your desired product to your cart.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. This allows you to inspect the product before making any payment. You can pay the rider once you’ve received and confirmed the condition of the bag. Please note, we do not accept online payments.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase. However, if you need assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email to inquire about your order's status. Please ensure to provide your order number when reaching out.

6. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase:

  • Open & Inspect: Upon delivery, you may open the parcel to inspect the bag before making payment. If you're not happy with the product, you can refuse the parcel.
  • Return Policy: If you’ve already paid but wish to return the bag, please contact us. You will receive a refund minus a 200 PKR return fee, and the refund will be processed once the product is returned.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
